Buena Vista Street is a salute to Los Angeles as Walt Disney saw it in the 1920's. Many of the shops and buildings are representations of architecture of the 1920's including The Hyperion Bridge and the Red Car Trolley line.  A beautiful fountain in front of the Carthay Circle, along with a statue of Walt and Mickey (as they would appear ready to take Los Angeles by storm in the 1920's) and beautifully detailed facades and storefronts will greet you to the newly refurbished and expanded Disney California Adventure. Directly ahead lies Cars Land, a bugs land, Paradise Pier. Heading to your immediate left will take you to Hollywoodland, and directly to your right will lead you to Condor Flats and Grizzly River Run. At the far end of Buena Vista Street is the Carthay Circle Restaurant, a replica of the Carthay Circle Theatre where Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs premiered in 1937. Inside is the Carthay Circle Lounge where guests can have appetizers and cocktails. Nearby is Fiddler, Fifer and Practical Café and Bakery - a great place to catch a snack, dessert or quick lunch item. Starbucks Coffee is also served here. Other dining and snack options include  Mortimer's Market, Clarabelle's Hand-Scooped Ice Cream Parlor and  Trolley Treats. Shopping consists of two large stores, Elias and Company Department Store and Big Top Toys Smaller shops include Katz & Sons Appliances and More, Julius Katz Shoe and Watch Repair, Horace's Pawn Shop and Los Feliz Five and Dime. Oswald's Gas & Oil is a chance to get Oswald the Rabbit exclusive merchandise. Other notable shops include Kingswell Camera Shop and Atwater Ink and Paint Art Supply. The Red Trolley Line runs constantly, taking visitors from the Main Entrance to the Tower of Terror in nearby Hollywoodland.
